Do not subscribe to Sling TV if you care your money. They will add an unavoidable commercial which will force you to miss your favorite show. YouTube is much better and more loyal; if you are paying you don't have to see the commercials. Customer care do not resolve the issue but rather disconnect the call. Never seen such unprofessional attitude from any other company.
I cancelled Showtime a few days after I subscribed to it. I checked my bank statement in May and saw that I continued to be charged. They will not refund or issue credit for my over payment. Customer service hides behind policy. Numan was the last customer service supervisor that I spoke with.

Deleted it two years ago because of the app never working correctly. Tried to give sling another chance. Only to be put in a circle of pages saying "you already have an expired account. Restart to pick a subscription" and "create new account page". Literally takes you to register a new account. Obviously already in use lol never seen such a poorly made app. Anyone using this is being robbed of their money and time.
Don't ever get a sling subscription. they will add hidden programs and fees to your account. i subscribed to sling and these past two months they charged me 50 bucks more than the 30 i subscribed for totaling 82.99. Worst is they won't reverse the fees and they would only credit it. Fraudulent company. You want internet cable tv go a more reputable company like youtube tv. Which is what I am doing next.
viewers buy & pay for sling to watch their programs. Sling charges money and pushes more and more commercials and lately black screen showing commercial time. For this business viewers time is of no value. select other options and discard sling TV.
The interface is choppy at best and doesn't go more then 5 min with out the screen blacking out. I tried 3 times to cancel and they didn't. I finally had to call and the $#*!er josh just sat there like a moron and said he couldn't refund my money. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. I wasted $90 for this piss poor service. Bunch of crooks.
I signed up in January to a deal of getting a free antenna if I stayed with Sling for at least 2 months. I just found out that I've been overcharged by $30 in March and April because according to them I created 2 accounts when I signed up to the "deal" and now they only want to give me a partial refund. I really hate when companies like this one rip people off!

There is not a night during prime time that the signal cuts out on major network NBC. Never resolved only getting worst. Not my network in the house it's business fast it is the transmission. Ruins the programing makes you avoid watching.
Sling attracts customers with false promises... it says once you have Sony Liv u will have access to all exclusive web originals on the channel... however that is not true... they take that away post 1 week... i am damn sure if had taken one of their expensive packages they would have come back... these guys are liars and scammers... i can only pray they go in losses.
First of all they have too many commercials! I counted 14 commercials the first ad break, the second one and the rest of the breaks throughout one show had 13 commercials each!. Come on! The remote is awful! You can't pause while watching tv; it pauses for a second then continues playing. Trying to rewind is annoying because you can't rewind during commercials, and if you fast-forward it suddenly goes to the end of the show. The remote has a mind of it's own. Right now I'm watching a tv show and the commercials are playing and the show is somehow rewinding at the same time, but yet I can't rewind past a commercial... Sling needs to hire more experienced programmers. I plan on canceling Sling.
On Buzzr a lot times when I press on a game show it’s already on. Talking about the shows that’s already been on. How do you fix that it never starts at the beginning.
Goes black cuts shows off going to switch to someone else don't want a provider that can't give good service
Sling never worked, so I cancelled. Apparently, cancelling is rather sketchy because one of their FAQs is about being billed after cancelling. Talked to a supervisor in customer support and found out refunds are not something Sling does. So, irresponsible company with a product that needs specific requirements, buggy billing software, and a no refunds for lack of service policy.
